Autobianchi was a landmark in Italian automotive history, with models like the Bianchina, A112, and Y10 accompanying Italians through the 1960s to the 1980s. After ceasing operations in 1995, it became part of FIAT, later evolving into Stellantis.

In 2023, we envisioned Autobianchi’s rebirth as an electric car brand, combining its rich legacy with modern sustainability. The new Autobianchi brand comes from its past reflection and aims to the future. The concept emphasizes eco-friendly materials, production processes, and repurposing used batteries as energy storage systems. To enhance mobility, an integrated electric scooter addresses last-mile challenges, prioritizing user experience both inside and outside the vehicle.

This project was developed by Matteo Astorino, Giovanni Perre, Federica Rezzonico, and Valentina Troncanetti for the Laboratory of Design for Public Interest Communication exam, under Prof. Guido Chiefalo and assistant Fabiana Candida.
